Yeah , it´s a Bugatti Veyron , nice car - but priced at about 1.000.000,-- Euros .

take a new 2008 Z 06 Corvette and You´ll drive more comfortable for about 75.000,-- $ .

Looks like a lot of fun.  And oh so very expensive.  I wonder how far it goes on a gallon or should I say litre of gas? (The cost of fuel is probably not an issue for owners of vehicles like this).

Someone is obviously making waaaay too much money.  And considering the engine - an 8 liter W-16 - they are apparently in the oil industry.

Top Gear did a flat out run of this a couple years ago at VW's test track...

Veyron has a top speed of 254 mph is all wheel drive and has 1,002 BHP at the wheels and costs 1.6 million Comparing it to a C-6 corvette is like comparing a C-6 corvette to a tricycle. Paddle shifter on steering wheel. Above so many mph the car drops for better areodynamics and a spoiler comes up at a slight angle from the back end, go faster yet and the rear spoiler automatically extends up on struts from the rear deck, put the brakes on above a certain speed and that rear spoiler flips up at a 90 degree angle to become an air brake, or like flaps on a jet. That car will beat a ZX-14 or Hyabusa in the quarter mile.
