Wood.  Gotta love it!  Be really pretty in a pretty wood.  I'd guess a mid horn.  Almost the size of the Palladium mid horn but I'm not sure.  

Yes.  Please tell what model or for what model of speaker it was intended.

Looks like  KPT-XII, that's a 12" woofer used as compression driver into a horn similar to 402- Who knows Klipsch speakers? Michael knows Klipsch speakers.

Any Dimensions? Really looks like it was from a kpt-xII. Klipsch called it a mid.
