The "Amateur Sports Capital of the World"

I'm not entirely sure how we found our way into the Major Taylor Velodrome, but there we are. I'm sure Trey can tell us the story. He has a way of getting our name in the most random of places like no one I have ever seen.

Of course, seeing this photo prompted me to do a bit of research. It seems Marian University has recently taken on managing the velodrome and surrounding compound, which has an interesting place in Hoosier history itself, if you care to read about such things.

Thanks for the pic, Trey!

Exposure is exposure.  And this is a world class velodrome so is cool to be there.

...I was ask to help MU with picking product for the MTV location. In the process they explained that they have a major race (www.marian.edu/.../news.aspx) coming up and had no speakers to use. I offered to loan them a system. In return they added Klipsch to the sponsorship list, placing the logo on the track, in the program handouts and maybe even on the uniforms of the team.  We didn't ask them to do so, they just did.  I remember something from a book I read once about giving, that it comes back 3 fold. I guess maybe it did this time...
