&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is a 1/4 scale model of our &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.klipsch.com/products/details/p-39f.aspx" target="_blank"&gt;P-39F&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Palladium flagship speaker, which is very nicely done using &amp;quot;real&amp;quot; materials by our in-house wood working genius, Jay.&amp;nbsp; However, to make these functional as computer speakers would likely be a time-consuming manufacturing nightmare.&amp;nbsp; Might as well hook up the full-scale version to your soundcard. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; I like how &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.klipsch.com/news-center/press-releases/details/engineers-behind-the-klipsch-palladium-series.aspx" target="_blank"&gt;Larry&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; strategically placed Batman and the purple guy in the shot for size comparisons.&amp;nbsp; subwoofer home for beta testing this weekend.&amp;nbsp; Steven was a quick study on the touch-panel screen, finding it endlessly fascinating that he could make the pretty blue lights illuminate with the touch of a finger.&amp;nbsp; It made for interesting listening, and I certainly got a feel for the sub&amp;#39;s entire volume range.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Test Results:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Simple to Connect:&amp;nbsp; Check&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Toddler Proof:&amp;nbsp; No damage thus far&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ease of Use:&amp;nbsp; See photo&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bass:&amp;nbsp; I found crooked pictures in the upstairs hallway later that night&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Quality:&amp;nbsp; looking at accessories for Palladium:&amp;nbsp; 2 sets of spikes, 1 set of spike discs, 1 set of spike lock nuts, 1
Allen key and 1 pair of 2-position binding post straps. (3-position straps are
also included but are installed on the speaker and thus, not in the kit.)&amp;nbsp; And for those of you who may be as clueless as I was, the
3-position straps are for single wire hookup, 2-position straps for

store.&amp;nbsp; I wasn&amp;#39;t there long, but I did manage to find these happy faces, belonging to Colterphoto1, IndyKlipschFan, and Bill H.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I think they liked them ok.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;By the way, this was the closest I could get them to holding still for the photo, they were mighty fidgety from all the excitement.&amp;nbsp; Subsequently, you&amp;#39;ll have to trust me that Bill doesn&amp;#39;t always look this out of focus.&amp;nbsp; First pass, you ask?&amp;nbsp; Yes, the pieces were built and set up without much voicing or tweaking.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m no expert, but after listening to several choice DVD selections, I&amp;#39;d be willing to guess that we don&amp;#39;t have much tweaking to do.&amp;nbsp;
