We first discovered him Monday morning, and I don&amp;#39;t think he&amp;#39;s moved since. &lt;p&gt;This &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red-tailed_Hawk" target="_blank"&gt;magnificent-looking
hawk&lt;/a&gt; was perched just outside the marketing conference room today, probably
taking notes.&amp;nbsp; We think there was a nest nearby as he was repeatedly
being bullied by two much smaller birds--one seen here screaming at him.&amp;nbsp;
They must be extremely brave because when I see him swooping around our back
parking lot looking for an unsuspecting squirrel or bunny rabbit, I take cover.&lt;/p&gt;
