Oh, you shouldn't think of her as being a woman. No, that would be a mistake.
We took a look at Steven Soderbergh's recent action film, Haywire. The fights have an immediacy that you only get by casting a Mixed Martial Arts fighter as your lead. The film stars Gina Carano alongside several big time actors in a story of betrayal and revenge. We discuss what works and what doesn't in the action scenes, performances and story. Please forgive our mouth breathing, it's our first week on a new mic setup.
