What are your main speakers?  Although they are similar, they are made to pair up with different speakers.

Take a look at the RC-62 page and the RC-35 page. If you look at the bottom left of each page, you will see "Related Products".  These are speakers that will match up with the center channel.

It's not that one is better sounding than the other, but the sonic match between your fronts and the center. You want your soundstage to be seamless. The RC-35 is designed for use in the earlier Klipsch RF series, and has a horn with slightly different sonic and design characteristics than the RC-62.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Lou

Re: RC 62 or RC 35

I'm assuming that you are referring the double binding post you have on your RF-82's.  They are used for bi-amping your speakers.  Basically allowing you to put a separate amp to the tweeter and woofers.  Most center channel speakers do not have bi-amping connections.  Not sure why.  From what I have read, many people tend to not see much difference between bi-amping and using the jumper connectors that come with the speakers.
