Thanks for the offer, if things change I will take you up on it.

I do not text very much but buy searching and reading other posts I figured it out.

    WAF - Wife Approval Factor

LOL - Lots of Luck or Labor of Love

My wife is cool, she is into the retro/industrial look and actually likes the way Khorns/La Scalas look.  Khorns do not fit the space right now.  In a couple of years we will rearange the basement and the La Scalas will become surround speakers.

I will puchase "C" Khorns and have the grilles redone in 50's style cane for WAF.  "B" K-horns look too 70s a period in history and design that is not "acceptable" for WAF.  I thought my 73 Mustang Mach1 looked pretty cool, little did I know at time I was wrong?

Plus I am in great position to nogotiate,  Unless I tri-amp a top of line Mac surround system, 15 amps times $$,$$$, I could never spend as much has she has on Modern Art.

Just before I married her my dad tought me an important lesson, I get to decide what goes in the garage - exception: one of the cars, and the basement if I ask her first. She decides/decorates the rest of the house with little or no input from me except for "That would be/look nice" or "Great idea honey."

Rob is on his way back to Michigan with his new/old La Scala's, via the Natchez Trace Parkway. A class act all the way. I enjoyed meeting his son Curtis... too bad we didn't have the time to catch a snake, turtle, frog or some other amphibian. sp? Rob, you may want to report your trip on two channel.

    More new than old.

They look even better in person..

Some times pictures can hide some flaws and you can be a little disappointed when see them in person.  This is not the case they look great.  Even the end grain on the plywood has been sanded looks great and is very smooth.

All most 20 years and only 2 flaws and they are so minor they can not be seen where I have them installed.  Amazing.

    Thanks again!
