If amp arrives damaged....which would be hard to believe by how well I packed it.....and/or if non-functional due to rigorous handling during shipment....the buyer will need to work with me to help make the claim with UPS. Such help would be quality photos of what the unit and box looks like when it arrives.  I will help you anyway I can. I will insure for $2900. 

This amp has less than 50 hours on it. Spent whole life in built-in shelves. Non smoking and non pet environment. MINT condition and functions perfectly. Original Tubes. All original packing, power cord, and manual (never opened). Selling to upgrade to other new MAC amps....not sure which ones yet.

Bought this unit new from Georgia Home Theater Fall 07'. Dealer has offered me a trade-in but sounds like this is something they usually don't do. Don't really want to push them into doing me a favor. I have a good relationship with them. I attended their "Music Matters" event last Tuesday. Those big tube monoblocks are amazing. Not sure I can afford them right this moment.
