Power Pack For ProMedia Ultra 2.0 Died And I Need A Replacement

Is it possible to get one from Klipsch?  The connector to the speaker basically fell apart and the contact was ultimately lost.  The speakers still work so I wouldn't mind getting a replacement power pack if possible.  Thanks.

I got a new power supply and the speakers still don't work so the problem was the power connector on the speaker and not the power supply- do I feel stupid for buying these.  It's unbelievable that a pair of $20 no name speakers are still working after 5 years and the Klipsch's which are a little over a year old and cost over $100 no longer function.  Talk about planned obsolescence... this is definitely the last product I buy from Klipsch.  You've got to love corporations that know their products are defective but sell the anyway, basically telling the public to "kiss my corporate butt".

I am curious how you concluded the product is defective when you still don't know what caused them to stop working and haven't found the solution to get them working again...I have two pair of these speakers and they are still going strong with the power always on for well over a year...one pair is coming up on two years...sorry for your troubles...

And I'm curious how you could ask a question like that.  It doesn't take a genius to conclude that even with a new power unit the speakers still aren't working, therefore the problem must be in the main speaker where the power is connected.  I'm assuming there is a problem with the power connector in the main speaker but it could be some other malfunction in that speaker, perhaps on the circuit board- I am not an audio engineer or speaker designer, so my knowledge of the workings of these speakers is; if I plug them into the power unit and plug the speakers into the sound card, sound will be coming out of them if they are functioning- if there is no sound coming out of the speakers and the volume is turned up both at the speaker volume control and the computer itself and I have plugged the speakers into the proper output, then there is a problem with the speakers... no sound equals malfunctioning speakers.  No sound coming out of the speakers after repeatedly checking the source and connections equals broken speakers which would probably cost more to analyze and fix than a new pair would.  I bought the speakers because they had gotten good reviews.  I've read the forums and user opinions which have stated that the speakers died after a ridiculously short period of time, usually after warranty had expired which is approximately a little over a year.  I suppose you could say I had gotten fair use out of them since mine lasted nearly two.  I have also experienced the problem with the sound intermittently being lost due to the mis-functioning of the volume control.  Good sound, crappy speakers. Speakers dying so quickly, crappy company.  Crappy company, I'm not buying anything from them anymore and will do my best to steer others away from crappy products.
