    "dead" RSW 12

Hi, Igot some problem with my rsw12.

    Suddenly it died..

There is still light in it, and if I turn it off and on again it works again, but only for very low volume.

As soon as I increase the volum just a bit, it goes silent again..

But still there is a green light in front, when it goes silent/dead.

I have to turn it off and on again to make it sound again.

    Anybody known with this problem?

Your best bet would be to call Klipsch. They can tell you what is wrong. Is your sub still under warranty?

    Re: "dead" RSW 12

I have been in contact wih them, and they did not have any suggestions what to try..

I am waiting for a new amplifier, but I think it is just a minor fault?

But it`s of course much easier for both me and Klipsch to change the whole amp :)

Good luck on that "easy" part and welcome to the Forum. If you are going to be the one that takes off the drivers and reinstall the amp/preamp make sure you pay attention to where all of the wires go (a Digital Camera is helpful) and that you have the proper T-15, tool to take out the screws.  :-)
