The new format sucks!
To be honest I 'm getting really tired of the policy changes. Overall they charge you more and more, specially since they bought out Paypal,and there new feedback policy is a buyer's heaven to screw around with the sellers.
I sold an item 1 week ago, the guy did not pay so I had to wait one week to file against him, another week for him to respond. That is a total of 3 weeks going by and of course I can't relist it because if he decides to pay for it on the last day and I don't have it I will be the one who is going to end up with a negative feedback.
They are a necessary evil, but what can you do about it?
