I am the original owner of a pair of Cornwalls, purchased in 1979. These speakers have the walnut finish, risers, and are 100% original. The speakers are consecutively numbered (20T 950 and 20T 951), and haven't been used since 2003, when we downsized our home. We've moved again, and I've finally decided to let them go, since these speakers should be heard. This pair is in excellent condition, only a couple of minor nicks on the risers, that aren't really noticeable. I'm located in the far western suburbs of Chicago, and would prefer not to ship them. Asking price is $1200 firm.

welcome to the forum pentangle,  pictures-pictures and more pictures will get you the most money. 78 cornwalls should have the letter S in the serial number. lot of forum members live near you. good luck

Thanks for the info about the serial numbers, makes me think mine are actually 79's, since the letter T is in the serial number. I edited the post with this update, and added a picture.
