I felt I needed to express my gratitue towards member JHOAK for refunding my payment that, initially I was unhappy about. Even though it was my lack of knowlwdge that caused my un-happinss. I bought a pair of risers for my Heresy 1's risers. I thought that all the risers were the slanted type. I did not know that there are also flat risers. When I recieved them I kind of thought that I had been taken. To make a long story shorter, Jeff (jhoak) refunded my payment and told me to keep the risers and do what I wanted with them. I really believe that Klipsch owners are a different breed of people.

Thanks again to Jeff Hoak for restoring my faith in humanity, and human kindness.

 stick around and you'll find that a lot of that goes on here. I've been recipient of good deeds (both equipment and overnight stays) several times and try to pay it forward whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Ditto on that. This is the most generous group of people that I have ever encountered, period. Be it their time, knowledge, or expertise, they simply cannot be beat. I've only been here for a short time, but the new friends I have made on this forum are among my best!
