Hello there --

I tried downloading the ccf pronto file for the Klipsch RW-12D subwoofer and it won't open since my computer is saying it is corrupt.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I ran into the same problem you are experiencing a month or so ago.

Since I didn't end up buying the sub, I didn't pursue the problem.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know that the problem isn't on your end.

Shoot an email off to Amy, Amy.Unger@klipsch.com , She'll get to  the bottom of the problem
