Unless his bed (if it is a bed) is over 40" from the floor, I'd say they aren't. They look too short..........

Thank you Mike. If they were cornwalls it would have been a heck of a deal. I was going to jump on them NOW. Oh well.

Mike , they are Cambridge Soundworks. I believe they are bookshelf speakers. They don't have a horn so I think I'll pass on them. Thanks for your time.
