I am a very big fan of Klipsch products and have owned a number of their Heritage speakers designed by Paul W Klipsch, but this company that calls themselves Klipsch now is a whole different animal.
I bought a pair of Custom 3's a few years ago and within 3 months one of the channels went out. After being told I wasn't putting them away properly in the metal case I got another pair. After 2 - 3 months that pair did the exact same thing. I still have that pair and they are sitting in a drawer at home. I'm not sure why, but I went ahead and ordered a pair of S4's after reading the reviews, and literally on the 2nd day the right channel started going in and out on me. So after 3 pairs of Klipsch ear buds, and none of them working at the present time, I decided to look elsewhere for my earphone needs.
