I've tried switching the speakers and they are both fine. It seems the problem is where the speaker connects to the back of the subwoofer.

Anybody have a fix or recommendation? I bought it in April of 2010 so I imagine this unit is out of warranty.

I'm willing to pay to have it fixed. I had this hooked up to a bedroom computer and probably didn't get 20 hours of use out of it. :(

A friend of mine had a similar problem w/ his set.  He purchased some replacement parts from a seller on ebay cheap that rectified the problem.  I wish I could remember specifics to help you.

They sure are amazing comp speakers.

Dear Sir, If you are unfortunately unable to fix your right channel, you may want to consider selling your system for parts. The design of the promedia amplifier is flawed, so instead of getting replacements from Klipsch,
get a new amplifier from some other brand that outputs the adequate power.

I got a new controller module for $25 from logitech. The unit now works again. We'll see how long this one works for.

Can you let us know what the module type/number is?
also, is the sound quality any different as compared to the original klipsch amplifier? Thanks!
