rats...I just bought a new pair of speakers, so I best not get them...  Good to see some klipsch-nuts in the area, i was starting to wonder if Buffalo was the dark side of the mooon for audio.

If someone needs me to run to take a look in person, i'll be glad to make the trip...its only about 50 miles for me.  I hope someone buys them!

tuned for life rivals colterphoto in cornwalls, btw his eye calls for a higher quality product. I bet there is little to no wear on that cornwall.

If the weather cooperates they are sold. They are to be picked up sometime Sunday. If this transaction goes through it will break all previous long distance Klipsch road trips. In light of the weather I asked the buyer to think long and hard about undertaking such a trip in the middle of January. I assured him that if he decides its to risky a drive I will understand. I look forward to meeting him as he is a fellow Neil Young faithful and attended 3 of the CSN&Y "Freedom Of  Speech Tour 2006 " Concerts.

Oooh.  We're supposed to get socked pretty good.  Good thing he's from Iowa or he'd lose his mind when he hits PA and finds out they don't use salt.

Doug, best wishes for positive outcomes.  The past several months have been tough as far as family health issues go for us as well.  I now know how hard it can be.  I'm not buying lately, but if you have an item that needs a ride up near the border & you're tied up, let me know.  I'll do what I can.

We should try to put together a little WNY get together.  I'd consider hosting if things go well in the next few months.  Maybe spring?  Pyro - are you right in town or in the burbs?

    Ben-

I'm in the 'burbs, specifically Grand Island.  I could also host a gathering, infact I had suggested this to markgod before he organized his little gathering partly across the state.  I can easily setup two listening rooms and in a few months I should have the new plasma and Juicy Music amps...

Cool.  I just have a somewhat cramped 16x21 room in the basement that doubles as recording/jam space.  Sounds like you have the better venue.  Plus the bridge will weed out the real pansies.  I'm going to send you an email through the forum - let me know if it doesn't make it.

Mission Accomplished.  These Cornwall II's are the latest immigrants into Iowa.

We left Cedar Rapids IA 11 PM Saturday, Arrived Warsaw NY about 12 PM Sunday.  Left Warsaw NY 3 PM Sunday, arriving back Cedar Rapids IA 4 AM Monday.  All times Central.  29 hours elapsed during the entire trip, driving 1640 miles round trip (820 each way), with a 3 hour visit/packing time at Doug's cabin.  Minor snowfall experienced in Iowa the outgoing leg, and in NY/PA/OH on 90 during the return leg.  Ready for work in a few hours, just as planned.

Thanks Doug, 'preciate the hospitality and good discussion during our vist and I hope you get to the bottom of your investigation into your 4x4 heritage setup.
