MAINTENANCE THIS WEEKEND!
From Friday, October 10, 2008 at 7PM (EDT) thru Sunday, October 12, 2008 at 6PM (EDT), the Klipsch Group IT department will be will be performing an upgrade on our networking equipment. This will affect the online status of our web servers.

During the upgrade the external websites which include the Klipsch.com Brand Web Site and the Klipsch Community Web Forum and Blogs, will be unavailable for extended periods of time. While we do not foresee the web sites being down all weekend, the sites may be unavailable at various times until the network upgrade is completed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience during this necessary upgrade.

HT: 2008 My Dream La Scala HT System for downstairs is finally done. 7 Split La Scala's, (Timbre up front DOES matter!) Two Klipsch THX KSW 120 subs, with the KA 1000 Amp, with the Velodyne SMS-1, Bass management system, with 2 THX series KS-525's as side surrounds. WOW! Dedicated 17' x 30' room, 106" Daylite screen, with the Infocus 7210 DLP Projector. Sunfire Theater Grand IV, Sunfire Signature series 200 x 7 amp. OK, It IS Klipsch Nirvana, for me. The ticket booth is open, and the popcorn machine works too! Dim the lights, on with the show!!

Since the back of the speakers are boat-tailed, there was no way to get ports on the rear.  They are technically on the side, but point toward the rear.

The speakers will be sold in matching pairs, with a definite left and right speaker (ports are positioned to the outside of the listening area).

    Nice!

I need to start saving my pennies, let's see.  I have about $70 right now.  I can sell my cornwall IIs for $1000, my vert cornwall for $500, that leaves only $13,430 to go. No big.  Hopefully the matching center channel is only $5,000 or so.
