The carpeting is in as new condition, the base does have a few scratches.&nbsp; Never pushed hard enough to bottom it out or distort the woofer.</p><p>Even though the 16-46 is a more expensive sub I would be willing to do an even trade. </p><p><img src="http://forums.klipsch.com/emoticons/emotion-21.gif" alt="Yes" />&nbsp;</p>
