I remember bed bath and beyond had a wood scratch remover, basically try that. It should be a liquid and in black.

i thought the clarity on the rf-83s were pretty nice if not nicer then the 7's .. how big of a difference did you notice

I thought the RF-83/RC-64 combination sounded warmer and the highs weren't as crisp.

I like the clarity of the upper end on the RF-7s and RC-7, but I am looking for a good deal on a pair of RF-83s to use as side surrounds. :-) Good Luck on your sale.

i would suspect you perfer the rf-7s???? i got the rf-83's to replace them and i can honestly say the mids presence is a wonderful addition and i can lie the bass is quite impressive(bass doesnt really matter for the fronts much when you have a gotham ) but i still have them and really dont mind if they stay in my house i love them to
