Today i received two pair mid sized eargels for my custom 2, but they sent white instead of black ,

but am really happy with their awesome customer support .

How is S4 comparing Custom 2 for overall bass and detailed sound ????

If I remember correctly right after the screen where you say what item you want to register it is the 2 free pair. This page you just put the size that you want and your address and then your done.

The next thing you should do is contact Amy and is if she can help you out.

Well I entered the number that was right next to "Image S4" on the bar-code. I just assumed it would tell me that it was wrong if it was. I deleted the original one under "Your Registered Products" because I can't edit it. Then I added a "new" S4... except this time, without a serial number. EDIT: looks like the spacing is a problem with Google Chrome as well. lol

What did you enter? You might want to get a hold of Amy, maybe send her an email, tell her what happened and see if she can help you out.

This is a know problem with Mac computers and/or Safari browsers. Here is a thread talking about it.

Thanks. I had entered something for the serial number... is it too late now even if I change it? Also, is the only way to get additional eartips after the free ones to call customer service? EDIT: when I type my message, I have sentences spaced apart... but when it's posted they're all jumbled together. What do I do?

Welcome and Congrats on the new headphones....

You should register them and be able to get the free pair. I also don't know if the S4 are any different from the others. Just remember, when you fill it out there is NO serial number for the headphones. Just leave it blank and continue, afterward report back and see if they do indeed offer you 2 extra pairs.

Good luck and give your review on how you like them and what you had before these.
