    overnight shipping = standard shipping

     Ordered the Image headphones yesterday morning (pre 9am).  I selected overnight shipping so I could have the Image's before I left town.  I called Klipsch first thing this morning since I have not received a confirmation that the item had shipped.  I did receive an order number confirmation.  They told me it shipped standard, because that is what I chose.  So, went back to the website and went thru the same process and picked overnight shipping and came up with the same price.  3-day 2-day and standard were all incrementally cheaper.  So, now I have to wait mid next week before I get my headphones....bummer.  I guess the moral of this story is don't order from klipsch's website if you want anything except standard delivery.  Hope the headphones make up for my week of dissapointment. :(

    If you paid for shipping then it should not have shipped standard, because standard shipping is free.  Please send him your email invoice so I can research what happened with our webmaster.

    I already talked to him about the problem and he basically said it cost more than what I got invoiced to ship overnight.  The fact is I paid $19.48 and got the order got shipped standard.  Klipsch's solution was to credit me the difference between standard and overnight, which would be the full $19.48 if standard is free.  I would have much rather had overnight shipping than receive a credit.  I guess I am just stuck with having to wait a week.

    I would still like to know how this happened.... I can't imagine a scenario where something would ship standard when it was requested overnight--that just isn't the norm.

    Would you mind sending me your invoice so we can look into it to ensure it doesn't happen again?  I'm sorry about the invconvenience, and you certainly don't have to.
