My neice walked by as i was looking at the Pro Gear pic and say's " What band are they setting up for", and i say"they're not setting up for any band, but i sure would like to hear it when it was setup"! Looks like an annual event, how long has this been going?

It might not hurt to check if it covers plastic surgery too...

    Sub??? any suggestions.

I hear the AW-800-SW is pretty killer outdoors, but I would recommend the small upgrade to the KPT-884...About 8 of the 884's should be adequate for most situations.

You wanted to hear that completely set up?  Now, imagine what happens to your eyes if you looked at the sun directly through a telescope.  Well, now think what would happen to your ears if you listened that thing! Surprise

The Klipsch Pilgramage has thus far been an annual event!  It is friggan awesome.

The first Pilgrimage was, I think, 2001 in Hope, and included an audience with Paul W. Klipsch and Miss Valerie, in their home.  I still am jealous every time I  think about those lucky forum members...

    Re: Da Gang

Seadog, thanks for the GREAT Nikon D200 pics, it's great to see myself having fun with friends and Klipsch gear after some recent downturns in life.

Here's some more from our roving Nikon camera. I think Jay took a lot of these, I was busy ordering everyone around and stomping around a lot.

Step One at the House of Klipsch was Dean arriving early on Thursday to help me with the Left side of the House of Klipsch Garage. We tested all 4 KI362's (three way trapezoid PA cabinets) and the KP682's (remember that KI is for Install and KP is Portable). Those will be used at the company picnic in a few weeks and another outdoor show this next weekend. We played the 'Drummers Dream' KSM2 15" monitors, which have Cornwall horns K601 with a K58 drivers and absolutely can kick a KP301. That was a fun afternoon. Dean did some heavy sweeping in the garage and we reloaded the truck and that side of the garage in an order that puts the most used gear toward the door.

By late Thursday Doc had picked up Jay at the airport and Mr. Paint arrived.

Friday morning after dragging out our Projects du Jour, the House of Klipsch parking lot looked like this...

Here is the back of one of the KP650LF bins- these have two K45 15" drivers and a LOT of cabient due to the manifold design- yes these two drivers fire into a SINGLE horn! Thanks Roy- these are one of Roy Delgado's patents!

LF horn from the front showing Roy's manifold. Note that this is not the sub bin, but the middle bin in the stacks.

Although they can be moved by two guys, we were a bit tired so used four men to carry these beasts sometimes.
