    If anyone is interested, I am selling an Acoustic Research AR-AB turntable with a Grado cartridge and a new belt. It is in very good condition. $100 plus actual shipping costs. Thanks, Andy

    Thanks for the table and the CD.  Had a great visit Andy even invited me for lunch with his family.  I had to pass because I had another appointment.  A very nice guy had a good visit with klipsch fortes playing.  I would recommend Andy as a seller for anyone who is interested.

    Andy,

    I should have thought of it at the time but a friend reminded me that the Grado cartridges are notorious on these vintage ARs for picking up the motor hum.

    Peter, I remember reading something about Grado cartridges with these turntables, and I think it had something to do with a hum, also. Andy
