Just watched it last night.  It was a great movie.  I couldn't believe how good it was.  Get it.

Well...well...ok. The sand people catched the robots, and drive... and sell 'em in a garage sale - kinda like a garage sale except they're selling robots. And y'know who's gonna buy R2 and the shiny guy? (the shiny guy always worries), Luke's gonna buy those. And Obie Kanobie, is kind of a teacher, he's teaching Luke how learn how to do his little light-up sword. He has to try to block the little pokey ball. He tried to do it without seeing. Obie Kanobie sometimes moves things around, sometimes he disappears. Princess Leia got out of jail and onto the spaceship and they got the big thing that blowed up stuff, and they blowed it up together. It blowed up Princess Leia's planet. But don't talk back to Darth Vader - he'll getcha. It's an exciting movie.

Directors cut on Blu-Ray.  I haven't willingly watched a regular DVD for some time now.

Watched the director's cut on DVD.  It's marked as being 28 minutes longer than the theatre version.  It's not horror, it's an action movie that takes place mostly in the 1980s, but history in the story is a bit different from the history we experienced, plus it's a world where there were a number of costumed heroes.  These heroes have adult lives and relationships, so the movie's not aimed at a Superman-type audience.

I thought Watchmen was pretty good.

^^Uh, not exactly...  Very good flic. It is a very dark movie, but a must see! I definitely wouldn't have any small kids around while watching.

There's a certain amount of nudity since Dr Manhattan usually wears nothing while working.  Some of the action would be too brutal for kids, as well.  A great movie, all the same.
