I remember hearing that when the IPHONES first came out and they were used on the IGROOVE, it fried the IPHONE. Does anyone know what the cause of this was? Has this been an issue since? My wife has a new ITOUCH but we're affraid to put it on the IGROOVE because we are affraid that it could fry.

I honestly don't remember that problem.  I have an iTouch and use it with no problems with the iGroove HG and iGroove SXT.

We have two 120 gb iPod Classic's and a 16 gb iPod touch that we use on the iGroove SXT "Classic".  No issues at all.  The iGroove we have will not charge the iPod Touch but it does charge the iPod Classic.  I have never heard of the issue you speak of.
