    Re: Great Deal

HMMM... Let me ponder on that for a little while...

If I send the cigars do you have some place to safely store the cabinets for a month or two until I can make the trip? I've got a few vacation days I need to burn before the end of the year.

It's been a while since I puffed a decent cigar. A former employer would from time to time "import" Cuban cigars by virtue of his South American contacts. We were (he still is) in the citrus business. The ones that stand out in my somewhat faded memory were the Cohibas. I don't recall the exact variety but they had a kind of sweetness in the mouth that I especially enjoyed.

Moonshine... No thank you sir. You can keep that stuff. The last time I experienced "shine" I ended up very good friends with a bail bondsman :) You got any Scotch on hand? I'm partial to the stuff that says "Islay" on the label. In particular Bowmore.

Oh yea... Exactly what I need... Yet another Klipsch project... It's a sickness... It's an addiction... There needs to be a "12 step plan"... On the other hand there might just be a business opportunity here :) Klipschaholics Anonymous... KA... Has a nice ring doesn't it? Motto: We can cure you of your Klipsch speaker addiction and move you in to this really nice set set of Bloze cube speakers. Oh WOW... I think I just found my sponsor ;)

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, Champagne in one hand - strawberries with whipped cream in the other hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming YEE-HAW What a Ride!"

The  Real 12 step Klipsch plan....

    1. Join Klipsch Forums and then go to friends house, listen to his 2 pairs of Heresy's, go nuts and buy a pair...
    2. Go nuts and rebuild them; decide you need another pair...
    3. Go nuts and buy the second pair....
    4. Go to another friends house and listen to Forte's, Chorus, etc.... Go nuts again
    5. Go nuts, keep Forte's, sell Heresy's, buy the Fortes
    6. Go to another friends house and listen to Cornwalls etc.... Go nuts again
    7. Go nuts, sell Fortes, buy Cornwalls... keep going nuts, and buy both pairs....
    8. Go to another friends house and listen to Klipschorns, LaScalas, etc.... Go nuts again
    9. Sell one pair of Cornwalls, first born child, etc, buy Klipschorns
    10. Go nuts again and break down and get pair of LaScalas (just to match....)
    11. Go nuts and buy tube amps....
    12. Confess your addiction; find out that you are doomed anyways, 'cause you are looking for another pair of K'horns or even considering a home equity loan for a pair of Jubilees or some monster KP whatevers....

Nope... That production was cancelled due to lack of funds. The original producer spent all of his available $$ on Klipsch speakers...

I can meet all your requirements

ALL of the requirements? Are you telling me you have a bottle (or two or seven) of Bowmore AND Cuban cigars in house? If so are you married? Would you like to be?

Oh... Wait a minute... Does Georgia allow that? Florida doesn't... Yet... But nothing would suprise me here any more.

I just sent you an email about the cabinets... Let me know if you don't receive anything.

How did you do that? You don't know how close that is to the path I've been on lately? Do you have the ability to monitor my PayPal account?

OK... You've got me a little paranoid here... :)

You think? Gotta tell you... I'm still trying to figure out (a) where I can scrape up the $$ to buy your La Scalas and (b) where I'd put them if I did get them.

CB- I still say that you should saw the back of your house off and turn it into a giant outdoor Jubilee- You have plenty of stuff laying around to do this

Would solve the bear problem. Build an outdoor smoking patio with a wet bar down in the woods and you would be good to go!! The neighbors would love it.

     Very coool!!!!

Did someone say Islay? I still have some of this left but don't tell Kaiser : ) My all time favorite and this one is very rare. When I decided Lagavulin was my favorite Scotch it was $60 a bottle and now it is over $100.... This makes me very grumpy but also keeps me out of trouble.
