    Heresy 1 Sequential Pair

Hi I recently inherited a pair of Heresy I speakers.  I verified them with a kind gentleman at Klipsch and he said the pair was built in 1980.  They have been painted white, and the paint job is good.  Very even and smooth texture.

They have sequential serial numbers: 112U267, and 112U268.  The woofers are intact, as is the surround.  I have used them and love the sound and frequency response, however i have a small home and they don't fit in my living room.  Too bad for me...

I have hopefully attached a few photos.

I am taking offers for this pair.

Welcome to the Forum.   Those look good from the front in that picture.   Where are you located?  This will help with sale of these but we will suggest that you hang on to them and enjoy the sound.   But if you must sell them let us know where you are and what your asking price for them is.  Later Bill

As stated above, More Pictures and a Firm Price will Help.   Most go for between 250- 350.00 a Pair.  (For Walnut or Plain finish).  JMHO.

I live in Napa County California. I only can figure out how to post one picture at a time.  As you can see from this picture they are in near perfect condition.

Based on what i see on eBay and the fact that they are in such great shape (have been in dry storage before I inherited them) I intend to sell them for $400.  The cabinets are obviously painted white, and a little of the paint is scraped off along the front edge. The wool itself is in damaged.  If anyone can tell me how to post multiple pictures I will include several.  I don't want to make post after post just to get the pictures up...

I really hear you advice Bill on keeping them and I will rethink selling them... my livingroom is just so darn small!

Cool- reminds me of the Lynryd Skynyrd white Peavy gear for the One More For/From the Road live LP.

That is the only way to upload pictures unless you use a third party web site for storing pictures.

    Good luck with your sale.

Everything. OK! I'll talk! In third grade, I cheated on my history exam. In fourth grade, I stole my uncle Max's toupee and I glued it on my face when I was Moses in my Hebrew School play. In fifth grade, I knocked my sister Edie down the stairs and I blamed it on the dog... When my mom sent me to the summer camp for fat kids and then they served lunch I got nuts and I pigged out and they kicked me out... But the worst thing I ever done - I mixed a pot of fake puke at home and then I went to this movie theater, hid the puke in my jacket, climbed up to the balcony and then, t-t-then, I made a noise like this: hua-hua-hua-huaaaaaaa - and then I dumped it over the side, all over the people in the audience. And then, this was horrible, all the people started getting sick and throwing up all over each other. I never felt so bad in my entire life. - "Chunk" / The Goonies

Re: Heresy 1 Sequential Pair $350.00 OBO

I am moving back into my house soon and would really like to sell these before I do.  I'll sell them for $350.00 or any reasonable offer.  The woofers and surrounds are perfect condition, they sound great, connections in the back intact and while there is some paint scraped off on the edge (minimal i didn't even see it at first) all the wood is un-dented, un-scratched etc.

    Thanks,
