Yesterday, I finally got my Pro 2.1 and it turned out it didn't work properly...

 Here is the problem.. after I finished setting all things up..

I  heard the sound only from right speaker and sub.. the volum was very low..

I switched tinned wired jack to the left satellite spkr.. n it worked but not right spkr which meant there was no problem with spkr

I switched tinned wire lead to subwoofer n I found only right channel was working..

so I assumed it was not a spkr's or cable's problem but the left channel. I could be wrong though..

 probably something inside of the woofer or whatever it would be..

do you think I have to take this apart?? I removed eight perimeter screws from the backplate of the sub but I didn't come off....

is there specially way to do that?

Oh.. I forgot to tell this.. I plugged mini plug both my laptop and ipod n that didn't make

any difference.. the sound came from only sub and one spkr with very low volum... 

I have another questions.. it's about the volum...

why this volum is so low??
