I have owned my 2.1 for four years now and thoroughly enjoy this system. As of last week, the wire that plugs into the woofer has broken yet again! My 3 rd occassion! this has become very frustrating. My current wire broke just 3 months' after my extended warrantee expired. After reading this sites comments about the same situation and the significant delay of pod deliveries I can't help believing this is a design flaw and should be replaced at NO CHARGE! Additionally I would like to request a coupon or certificate so I can replace my system now rather than looking at the broken one for the next six months. Sincerely A once captive customer
