    iGroove HG Sound Level

    My iGroove HG speakers always power on at the highest volume level. Assuming this isn't normal, any ideas how to fix it?

    I'd appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!

    Have they always done this?  You're right, this isn't normal.

    Yep, ever since I got it. Thanks for the confirmation that it's a problem! I think I'll be calling support on this one.

    Wonder if you got this problem sorted as I'm having the same with the volume re-setting to loud on my newly purchased igroove hg?

    FYI, I ended up calling the support line in the end, and they advised me that they would replace the item as long as it was purchased within the last year.
