Dave, I had a Sophia Electric 300B for years until I got my 45 amp, the Sophia Mesh tubes are good but, to save you some money try the TJ Mesh tubes. They are the exact same tubes made in the same factory...

Thanks for the input, after reading some good reviews, and thinking about it long enough. I think once I get the cash together I might give the new box set a try. At least I know it will be new, and not all scratched up from some unknown seller other then a forum member.
