  • Re: Up for sale are some good tubes ...

There should be etch codes on the side, otherwise they still could be Mullard but 70s for another company like GE and just have the "Made in Gt. Britain".. They should at least have the ridges on top although sometimes they are very faint in etch-less Mullards. DC

I meant to, and should have: http://www.uship.com/profile/DLAWSON/ Dan moves a lot of serious motorcycles. The speakers were in the enlcosed trailer for a bit and then up in the cab. I still boxed them although more than I need to because I was preparing for a go with UPS. I had his and his driver's cell phone handy. Do not utilize or respond to STAFFORDCAN on uShip...F'ing nightmare and downright fraud. Jon

  • FS: BULK GROUP BUY GENALEX KT88 MATCHED OCTETS & QUADS

I'm placing an order for a few of my return tube buyers and I thought I'd offer the group octets of KT88 Genalex re-issues at: KT88 Genalex re-issue - $375 matched octet / matched quads at $190. This is a decent discount, but the real bonus is having them tightly matched on the highly accurate (+/- 1%) Amplitrex AT1000. They will be ordered matched, and then tested on my Amplitrex AT1000, and matched by me as tightly as possible (1st by plate current then gm). If there is interest in KT66

  • POSITIVE FEEDBACK THREAD: lancethibault

Lance was very patient and we overcame some serious hurdles getting my Klipsch RF7s from Tampa to him in Colorado. After almost getting ripped off by one company through uShip, I found another shipper who got them there in four days or so for a very reasonable price.I can't thank him enough for his patience as he was even overseas when his wife mailed me a check and he let me wait until he was back home to personally accept the shipment. A+ Thanks bud.

  • Re: FS: RTC 12AX7S low-noise box plate

The Mullard connection is there due to the box plate, but my understanding is they are Mazda tubes which used RTC on labels. B Jessee comments below: " CV4004 /12AX7S Mazda France RTC label, made for military, box plates New Old Stock in R/T boxes. A rare boxplate from France, that has been factory screened for low noise and has the "S" suffix for "special" or "select". These are virtually the same as the 1960s Mullard boxplates, with that incomparable European

Hi! They are brand new and the cost is about the same as anywhere else except with free shipping and testing/matching on a premium tester. I guess I could do 105 for a Klipscher. thanks DC
