There should be etch codes on the side, otherwise they still could be Mullard but 70s for another company like GE and just have the "Made in Gt. Britain".. They should at least have the ridges on top although sometimes they are very faint in etch-less Mullards. DC

The Mullard connection is there due to the box plate, but my understanding is they are Mazda tubes which used RTC on labels.
