Why 4500? Would these be better for Belles?

  • Re: have you been to the zu ???

I have a Zu Firemine digital cable. I guess this is another example of non-Klipsch Heresy (get it?) To all who condemned Joe for trying another brand, screw Zu.

  • Re: A Good Amp For Klipschorns

More amp watts won't get what you're looking for out of those Khorns. It sounds like what you want hit you in the gut bass from about 80hz down to supplement those Khorns. You want a FAST sub. A FAST sub is JL and and a JL F113 is the smallest you'd want to go with a pair of Khorns. That's $2000 - $2.300 on Audiogon. Go cheaper and you'll get boom boom but not the same speed so it'll sound muddy sometimes, particularly at high db's. Cheaper is Hsu, Velodyne, Paradigm and

  • Re: Jl F113 or SVS PB 13 Ultra

All of the fabulous reviews that you've read about the JL's are well deserved. This is a fabulous product worthy of any audiophile system and so easy to seamlessly integrate with any music system that it's almost magical. It's a whole nother dimension. If your an HT "boom boom" fan it will do that in spades but it's integration for music is almost magical.

Noah - I spoke with your buyer and we had a very productive conversation. He said he would get back to me after he made arrangements with you and I have not heard from him since. I am not "just going to dispose of it" and I resent the implication. I paid to get this from DizRotus to me, I've stored it for 2 years, I've posted it's availability, and I've spoken to 8 to 12 potential users who never got back to me, all while recovering from cancer. It's time for it to move
