Like earthman said, my Custom 3s sound like "music in my head", but only for about the length of 1 song. I use the big single flange gels, get the seal easily and life is great. It's like I'm onstage or something. But soon after, they start slipping out, and the seal is lost. This happens whether I'm actively moving around, or sitting at my desk trying to work. It's a bit frustrating to have to reach up every 2-3 minutes to readjust. So rather than the "slippery'

I didn't catch the show, but have the DVD. It is one of the best recorded disks I have and use it to test and show off the system. The DTS track is like you're in the front row. Highly recommended...

I've been reading this thread closely, and hoping that I'd see solutions being offered. Unfortunately haven't seen any yet, so I guess I'll have to add my voice to the unhappy ones already here. I got my Custom-3s at Christmas 2008. Cables were stiff right out of the box, so explanations like skin oils and cold weather don't seem to stack up.
