good luck to you. i tried a simular offer and got almost no responces. i was going to make some real nice power cables, 95% braided shield, twisted (12 twists per foot), Oyaide connectors, all for around $60 including paypal and shipping. i think i had one guy who actually wanted 2 cables but that was it. to me it seems most people here don't care or don't believe that you can actually imporve your set up with some good wire and cables. it's a real shame in my opinion, i have actually
... but if the cost was reasonable and I had money to burn, which I don't right now....
man, that's the WHOLE country right now! that's the reason i don't invest in the supplys in hopes i break even! lol i am considering making some tv and power cables soon. i've looked at the cost of it recently and it wasn't much. now to make them "pretty", i don't know mine have regular black teleflex over them. i would call that

wuzzer, thanks for the info. i did look up the ps3 slim. i wouldn't buy one only because i wanted the backwards option. i was lucky and got an orginal 20g version which was all black, no silver junk in the front, and it was upgraded with a 120g hd. i was very pleased with it. thanks again for all the info!

look into some RS-42's. you can't go wrong with them.

youth, are you still using your ps3 remote? if so look into Blu-Wave. i have it. it's $15 and it does everything except, turn it on and eject. that hasn't been an issue because i keep the ps3 controller near with i want to play games. if i am watching movies, i have to go up to it to insert the disk so i am not losing much. you could get swanky and buy the $50 option from logitech and it will do those 2 extra commands, but i know you and i suffer from the Cheap bug....lol oh, and the x-10

if you want to control your lights with your logitech, get a X-10 set up. all you need is a dimmer switch, and a receiver box. the entire set up is around $20. i am lucky, i have a X-10 dealer only 45min away. you can find them on ebay, they are very cheap. i have X-10 in my set up now. i have on outlet that turns on for my sub, and a dimmer light for my fan. works great, now my sub doesn't sit in standby costing me money. i have the 720 and love it. i like it better than the One for one reason

from i can tell it's the Transformer sound, the first one has the same opening sounds. this is a mute point, as you have already guessed that. quick question about your Hz settings, and i am not judging, why do you have them set that way? did you go through and listen to different settings and liked that particular combination? just curious, usually it sounds best to have everything at 80hz. the mains depending on what speakers and gear, people like those to go lower. mine are set to 60hz, but

question for the guys out there that have the 805 and ps3...... at what setting do you get the HD audio? DTS Master audio? i hit the "display" button for my ps3 and see that it is outputting 5.1 and 6.1 with DTS Master, but i have no idea what setting to put the 805 at. i was hoping that it would appear on it's display, but it's not set up that way. usually i have it set to "THX Cinema" (with the dts logo highlighted) but i feel sound wise something is missing. i know

i did something simular to Nathometheatre. the difference was the brackets. i purchased 2 "L" brackets from Lowes. these were the largest one's they sell. they have 10ea counter sunk 5/16 holes. the way i mounted my RB61's with them is, inverted so the speaker hides the bracket. i didn't wan't to display the brackets at all, with it done right it looks like the RB-61's were floating on my back wall or had a Key hole bracket mounted to it. was very cheap and easy. since
