hey Bruno- I have a Klipsch rw10D sub coupled with Monitor Audio Silver R6 in the front and my old Klipsch KG3.2 as surrounds. The sub really is only there for ultra low & punch as the rs6 are really smooth & musical down to 40hz. I love the Rf82 but the RS6 is as musical a speaker as I have ever heard foir less than a grand. I made the purchase on a great deal and could not be happier. I am saving up for rfx surrounds now. As for cheap but tasty pre/pro - amp - receiver gear you simply can't

ooohh... Type O rocks.[quote user="EdmundGTP"] If you can find a copy, get The Boston Rally Bass Collection. Its a 3 CD set, that was released by Boston Acoustics about 8 years ago. It really has some amazingly well recorded songs and insanely deep bass tracks for system evaluation. Once in a while a copy or two will show up on Amazon. Other albums that I use for setup/eval. Diana Krall - Girl in the Other Room Tord Gustavsen Trio - The Ground Collective Soul - Self Titled Jeff Buckley

My first seven years were spent primarily on the defense side, where I developed an intense frustration with insurance carriers who would settle meritless claims for nuisance value when the better

Well I got the RS 6's. And man they are killer. I can't compare them to the RF 82's which may sound excellent as well, but these things sound wonderful. The mid range is superb and hI barely need the RW10D, and would not really miss it for music. The KG 3.2 are now my surrounds (but really bad WAF) and the room itself has issues but the sound of good recordings in stereo, and music DVD (this week it was Porcupine Tree "Arriving Somewhere" and Allman Bros live at the beacon Theatre
