Thanks for the info everyone. I will stick with the RC-7. Standout does have some nice stuff.....all that I could see on their site would not fit the RC-7 (26" wide, 9" H).
Yes you're right I thought the one I linked was large enough but I realize now it's wide enough but not quite high enough. Well there are a few stands which will accept the RC-7 but they are hard to find. Most the stands which do work do not have separate compartments
I too agree. Keep the RC 7. You might look for some thing like this.............. http://www.furnitureesuperstore.com/traditionalplasmatvcabinetwiththreeadjustableshelves.aspx
That would not have large enough compartments for an RC-7 I do agree keep the RC-7, they may be hard to find but there are plenty of stands which will hold the RC-7 Standout designs has some very beautiful high quality solid wood stands (though also expensive) which are capable of holding

On my Onkyo I have an "IntelliVolume" adjustment in the Input Setup menu which allows you to adjust each inputs volume anywhere from -12db to +12db to even out the volume of each of your inputs for each component. There is also a "Power On Volume" which allows you to choose the volume you would like every time it turns on. You may be able to adjust this in your menu as well. (edit: oops I just saw you looked and don't have this)

The news was showing the OC Auto Show at the convention center here. They showed a new Bugatti and the representive for the Bugatti car mentioned a couple of the costs of owning this car. One tire: $25,000 (this is only for one tire not a set) I have no idea what made it so special. Price for a service maintenance: $35,000
So from what I'm gathering, there are no negatives to using this type of wire (except price), but don't expect better performance because of the tinning or twisting. Which is fine with me, the only reason I'm using it is for the aesthetics. I don't know if heat shrink will offer much strain relief, but I agree it would look good. But not in black. Do you know if heat shrink is available in blue or silver or maybe white? Thank you for the kind words
LaScala ll, good choice, I love the way the 1" thick wood looks and they sound even better. I would say it depends on your room and how far back you sit, try both. When you try them toed in, first line them up crossing right in front your seating position and slowly move them to where they cross behind you, you will hear a difference with every little angle, find what you like.
This is good advise by dtel. Definitely I think toed in is better and this would
It does not have to be your portrait, if your wanted by the police or something just use a pic of some speakers or something, just keep it clean.
I didn't know anyone was on to me!
Mine's a self portrait. I used a camera with a timer. It's my old collar however. I've got a new one now but didn't feel the need to update my pic.
CECAA850's new collar has built in Klipsch headphones.

Looks like Romak needs help shrinking his self portrait to size.
