For my medium sized living room I have been bringing home great named speakers for 30 years. I've had EMI (1967) floor speakers( pretty cool), Advent (big ones), Audio Sphere (18" woofers), AR 2AX, AR-5, Dynaco A25 ( I still have these), JBL, KLH and lately I've packed up the stairs B+W, Mission, and Bose 301, and Bose 901 series 1 and series 4. There is nothing on the back except the hook-ups and the serial #.
My guess would be a KG 2. Does it have a 10" passive rediator on back? I think there were early models that had no passive radiator. http://www.klipsch.com/na-en/products/kg-2-specifications/
I just bought a vintage Onkyo receiver at a yard sale ($5). The thing weighs a ton! It's a model TX-6500MKII and I just hooked them up to my Klipsch Tangents and I am amazed at the great power and clarity . I was using a Nad receiver before the Onkyo. Does anyone have experience with this receiver?

I have a pair of speakers that say "Klipsch" on the front. They are sealed boxes measuring 19" X 13-1/4" X 11-1/2". They contain a woofer 8" and a tweeter 4". NO HORN. There is a serial # on the back 4X332 USA. If you know what age and name these speakers might be please let me know. Thanks
