I turn it on and fuse smokes and blows immediately. New fuses do the same. Everything looks to be fine. Nothing burnt, no busted caps or resistors. The blue MOV thingie I've read about next to the fuse is intact and clean. What makes the fuse blow immediately? Should I post pictures? Maybe someone can spot something I missed. Tell me where to photograph~ Thanks
