This is also problem with Google Chrome. I guess Klipsch doesn't like my taste in internet browsers :'(

Well I entered the number that was right next to "Image S4" on the bar-code. I just assumed it would tell me that it was wrong if it was. I deleted the original one under "Your Registered Products" because I can't edit it. Then I added a "new" S4... except this time, without a serial number. EDIT: looks like the spacing is a problem with Google Chrome as well. lol

Thanks. I had entered something for the serial number... is it too late now even if I change it? Also, is the only way to get additional eartips after the free ones to call customer service? EDIT: when I type my message, I have sentences spaced apart... but when it's posted they're all jumbled together. What do I do?

Hello everyone! I just received my S4's in the mail today and I wanted to try some additional eartips because only one of the included pairs works for me. Where/how do I order new eartips? Is the 2 free eartips upon registration still in effect and if so, how does this work? I see this offer here: http://www.klipsch.com/headphones/ ...but this looks old. Thanks in advance.
