Let's see what we can figure out from Terry's picture. A pair of Cornwalls stacked would be about 6 feet tall. A pair of Heresys stacked would be 43 inches. Question for the group: How tall is Terry? Bob
I once saw Bob at the Russelville Wal-Mart. There was an elderly lady in a wheelchair that had parked in a NON - handicapped parking space. He walked

Oh, and I forgot to mention. I've sold all my stereo equipment to ensure that I get a clean start on the path I want to follow. Jumping in with both feet so to speak. All except my turntable and LPs of course. I'm looking at the Bob Latino beefed up Dynaco st-70, the one with 60wpc. Seems to get great reviews, especially for the price. I'm thinking tubes all around to match the Cornwalls. Haven't decided on a preamp, but the super-PAS by Van Alstine looks promising. Any recommendations

Well, let's just say I'm an aspiring Klipsch guy. I haven't heard any heritage speakers in years. When I was growing up, I spent my teenage years in Arkadelphia listening to Cornwalls that belonged to a friend of mine, actually his dad. We'd spend all day during the summer on the Ouachita River and all night listening to the Allman Bros on his dad's stereo. As teenagers, we didn't really notice how nice his stereo was, we just spun records and drank beer while overlooking

  • WTB - Cornwall speakers 200 mi from Fayetteville Arkansas area

On the search for Cornwall speakers a few hours from the Northwest Arkansas area. Very interested in vertical mounted horns and or decorators, but I'm also looking at regular Corns as well. Any condition considered, I've seen some of the reconditioning that others have done with their sets, though I'm definitely a novice in this area. From the other posts I've read, the group here seems very helpful and friendly. indeed, there is quite a community feeling to this forum. Thanks, Andy

I've been able to find little information on the differences in sound between the vertical and horizontal horns. I've heard the horizontal mounted Corns, I'm curious how the vertical horns differ. I'm looking to buy a pair, I've been unable to find a pair locally so I'm gonna bite the bullet and find a pair to ship. Do they image differently, better build quality? does the offset woofer change the sound? As you can tell, I'm clueless. I've read a few things online

I too am in Fayetteville, not to piggyback your post, but I've been searching a few months for some Cornwall speakers. any leads would be appreciated. You'd think that these speakers would be easy to find in Arkansas, but I've yet to find a pair.
