Hey Guys, This thread was not started to place blame. I was only trying to bring attention to Paypal abuse of their power and to let everyone know that this can happen and that you might want to wait to ship products until the funds are in your hand. This buyer is probably an okay guy he just made a bad decision on how to handle this. I have emailed this buyer to let him know I have done everything I can to get Paypal to release his funds and I will wait for the $65.00 for the shipping if he wants

I don't know why this is so hard for you to understand, this is nothing personal towards you. The topic of this thread is Beware of Paypal not Beware of Daryl. It's kind of hard to give a refund for something that I never got. As far as communication goes, it only works well if both party's are honest. Unlike what you had to tell Paypal to get them to withdraw the funds. Funny how you tell someone that I have not heard from him since I sent payment, you know that was untrue when you told

Wow, is right Daryl. I know this is a Forum where you may be a member longer and have more post than I but that doesn't make you right or a better person. We had a deal and you changed your mind and that is fine, but you could have waited to talk to me and we could have got this settled before it cost anyone any money ( but I guess it didn't cost you anything anyway ). I did not say you tried to rip me off, you just made a bad decision with how you handled this and it cost me over $60.00

I had a pair of rb-75's I sold to D Roy darylomer@hotmail.com a member of this forum only to have him contact Paypal and have them Yank the funds back out off my checking account after I already had shipped the speakers. Paypal did this without even contacting me first, all because he filed a dispute over not receiving the speakers within 30hrs. Which is all the time he and Paypal gave me. I had to spend most of my day contacting FedEx to try and get them to track down the package and hold it

I am the original owner of these great "bookshelf" speakers ( these are more like mid towers). These speakers have a great following, never heard a bad review of them. If you are a Klipsch Fan you should know these are the Bookshelf speakers to have. Speaker are black and in good condition, with a couple of lite scratches and 1 small chip from moving them. These speakers have a very high sesitivity rating of 98 and can be driven to very high levels with very little power. I will email pics
