I have the option of buying a pair of Heresy from the early eighties but there's a quarter size chip on the top. Looks like a veneer more than real wood in the photo. I thought the old cabinets were 100% food?!?!? Is that not true. Anyway of repairing a veneer chip if that is indeed the problem?

I think I've narrowed it down to buying a pair of Klipsch Heresy speakers to go with an Onix SP3 integrated tube amp.
Does anyone have experience with various models of that line? Heresy, Heresy II and Heresy III. Are there notable differences in sound between the models? Could you define them if...

I'm new to the forum & new to Klipsch. I'm putting a small system together for my office- a McIntosh MX110 tube tuner/preamp & a McIntosh MC275 tube amp. For about the same price I could buy either a pair of Heresy II's or KG3's. Unfortunately I can't do a side-by-side comparison. I notice on...

I recently purchased a pair of the RF-52's and an RC-10 center channel. These speakers replaced my Heresy II's as my primary speakers. I have a realtively small room, 12 x 8, so I didn't go with the RC-52 center channel. The Heresy II's have served me well, and know I miss that total...

I have what appears to be a brand new pair of K-22-K woofers that I must have purchased some time ago. I have a pair of Heresy's but they are working fine and I have no need for these. They have round magnets and the K-22_k stamped on. If anyone needs a pair, I will let them go for $70.00 plus shipping...

Sounds like it, this morning I just bought a pair of RB51's to go with my RF-52's and RC-52, I won't go into power or how I'm driving my receiver (spdif from computer). This Klipsch thing is like chasing the dragon, you never catch it, but you come close. My system is in a 12x8x10 room...

Thanks Marshall..Hooyah ! After hearing that the lower end RF stuff (includng my RF-52's and RC-52) are made in China, I have decided to hang on to my Heresy II's until I die. Now if I could've brought home an 11M RIB (also not made in China)...that would've been fun.

Y'all know, there is a thing called progress, not always good, but time moves forward. As sure as the possesion of one Klipsch speaker will bring forth the desire for another one , everyone in this and every other thread knows this to be true. Now that I have completed the R*-52 setup, I am thinking...

I just called Klipsch Parts, first of all they assured me all is made in Arkansas, and the cost is $272 per speaker, new woofer, midrange, tweeter, gaskets, screw, etc. This is a totally great deal.
MFK - that is a great deal. Love...

I think alot of this boils down to personal taste, for xmas I got a friend a pair of Promedia 2.1's, he is a gamer, these are gamer speakers. Prior to that he had virtually nothing. Personally, I have both RF-52's/RC-52 a pair of Heresy II's and I am now shopping for a subwoofer, probably...
