  • KG4's in home theater?? Where and with what?

    I've got a set of 20+ year old KG4's that are in great shape. I'm wanting to establish a 3.1 or 5.1 home theater set up and just hate to retire the KG4's. Any suggestions on how to implement and matched with what? Front? Rear? Or is it really just time to move on? I don't mind tracking...

    That one might look ugly but you'd be impressed with how it sounds. The electrical tape is simply patching up a tear in the rubber surrounds of the woofer. Even so, Klipsch support told me they have replacement KG4 woofers in stock... so that's an option for anyone who's that bothered by electrical tape...

  • Klipsch kg4 woofer question

    I don't know anything about speakers, but I have a pair of kg4 speakers I want to sell. I noticed that the circular part in the center of the woofer is now concave instead of convex. Is that bad?
