Personally I'm waiting for a burner that I can install in one of my computers, HD or Blu-Ray, don't really care which one. ATAPI or SATA, I don't care, I just want it to fit in a drive bay. I saw one blu-ray burner for $450, that was a bit much, think I'll wait for the war to settle.

I don't really know, but a quick perusal through the Dell online catalog seems to see it that way, I can get an external Blu-Ray player for about $330 and an internal burner for about $999 ( 1000 bucks)...Guess they win, I'll wait till the prices drop and buy the internal drive.

I'm more of a "True Romance", "Pulp Fiction kind of guy. ALthough I do the new Star Wars trilogy on occasion and I do game. I bought an LG Blu-Ray burner through newegg.com and my slysoft software has no problem handling it. My TV isn't HD, I'm holding out for another year...

I just got am LG Blu-Ray burner, fits in a pc, no fuss, no muss, one day I'll buy an HDTV, but the old Sony Wega will do for now
