i had this set two years ago. I recently experience the problem: Sometimes, it just works fine for all 5 pieces, sound is nice. but most of the time (recently i experience more and more), esp after i restarted the computer, the subwoofer works but the rest 4 have no sound, and experiencing some "hissing"...

Several months ago I woke up one morning to no subwoofer volume even though I had clear, full volume sound from all 5 of my satellites. After shutting the power off to the amp for approx 10 min it worked again with no issues until the next day when it had the same problem. This continued to get worse...

Amy DOES NOT a valid point. When you buy a product from a "trusted" manufacturer, you expect it to work and it should work for longer than the warranty. The Klipsch Pro Media Ultra 5.1 system is a bad product, and Klipsch knows it - it is prone to failure and they (the Klipsch company) provide...

I've disconnected all the outside-most screws on the plate and I still cannot gain access to the circuit board. What other screws need to come out?
