    My Sub-10 recently died and was quoted at $120 plus shipping and handling to fix it. I would love to find out how you obtained a quote for only $60 because thats the route I would go.     My beloved Klipsch sub-10 bit the dust. I got it 2nd hand and it was only used a month. I've had it eight months and I could not get it to turn on. Klipsch support said it would be 60 bones to fix the amplifier. Has anyone had success with getting their amplifier repaired by Klipsch on a sub-10?...

    Hey out there...I am having this same exact problem. I have it going through a yamaha hpt-5490. I have tried every setting and even reset it to the factory settings and started over....No Dice...problem remains...please let me know if you find a possible solution...

  • HELP! Sub 10 died from power spike

    I own a sub 10 that was damaged when the power was knocked out by an ice storm back in december. I had several other items that were damaged also as the result of a power surge. I have a good tech here locally but it would be much easier if he had a schematic to work with. If anyone has access to one...

  • My sub-10 has gone awry. Any thoughts?

    My sub-10 has suddenly stopped producing any real bass sound. Instead, it's making a weird sound.. kindof an echo-like tin can sound.   • Sub-10... should I upgrade?

    My Sub-10 started making a high-pitched noise with very little bass output. I opened it up to find a group of brown spots on the amplifier board... not good. A new amplifier from parts costs $160. Do you think I should put that $160 towards an upgrade? Which is better... the Sub-12 or the digital RW...

  • KSW10 input question

    My Quintet KSW10 has stopped working from the LFE input. Then I connected it through the "speaker in" inputs, it worked fine and after a week or so that quit, too. Then I temporarily hooked up the line-out speaker connections on another receiver to the LFE input and the sub seems to like that...
